Presidential Suite FAQ

The Brian Boru Presidential Suite is designed to accommodate two guests. The suite is the largest guestroom in the hotel with more than 1,100 square feet. It includes a large sitting area with kitchenette that can host small gatherings of friends and family. However, there is only one king size bed. A small rollaway bed for a child can be added. Please specify at the time the reservation is made.

The room is located on the fourth floor of the building and has a set of French doors that open facing the valley side of the property. There is no patio or balcony.

Whether trying to impress that special someone or spend time with a small group, the Brian Boru Presidential Suite is sure to create lasting memories. The multi-room suite is spacious with a master suite featuring a beautiful four poster king size bed and full size two person Jacuzzi tub.

The Brian Boru Presidential Suite includes a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, complimentary beverages and chocolates, wet bar and microwave. In addition there is a large sitting area with a leather sectional and 55" flatscreen television.

The Brian Boru Presidential Suite has a 4-cup coffee maker. Guests of the hotel also enjoy complimentary coffee service available in the lobby 24 hours a day.

Both the pillows and blanket are down alternative. We have discovered this material feels much like real down while being safe for guests who may have allergies. In addition, each bed is made using triple-sheeting.

The room rate shown does not include state and city taxes as well as the Emerald Isle Amenity Package charge of $20 plus tax per night.
