Galena’s
finest family of restaurants is proud to feature in the month of November the Tomasello Winery portfolio of fruit wines. Known for producing high-end dessert wines, Tomasello Winery believes that quality wine making is a function of quality fruit and therefore uses only the finest fruit from around the country.
Tomasello Winery’s fruit wines are fermented in small lot lots under very cold conditions. This practice maximizes fruit extraction and creates wines of intense fruit character.
In November, One Eleven Main, Frank O’Dowd’s Irish Pub and Vinny Vanucchi’s ‘Little Italy’ will each uniquely showcase one Tomasello Winery fruit wine.

Savor a slice of Hogback Haven Maple Farm’s Raspberry Maple Cheesecake nestled in a Ginger Snap crust perfectly paired with a dessert portion glass of Tomasello Winery Cranberry wine.

Share a slice of locally-baked Cynthia’s Extra Batch Vanilla Cheesecake topped with a rich Cocoa Guinness sauce and served with two glasses of Tomasello Winery Blackberry wine.

Indulge in a martini nightcap when you try a Tomasello Pomegranate Martini. This martini features Tomasello Winery’s newest fruit wine which is made with 100% pomegranates. The martini’s intense tangy flavors are balanced by the sweet aroma of fruit.
