Book a Room Live Entertainment Wild Clover Day Spa     Classic Limoncello Martini This month, Vinny Vanucchi’s ‘Little Italy’ is featuring the Classic Limoncello Martini.  Served icy cold, this simple, yet delicious martini is incredible to enjoy while dining in Vinny's Cappuccino Garden on a hot summer day. Featured ingredient is Limoncello, a traditional lemon-flavored  liqueur produced in Southern Italy.  The staff at Vinny Vanucchi's recommends pairing a Classic Limoncello Martini with Salmon Piccata. SALMON PICCATA Salmon filet in a light traditional piccata sauce served over a bed of pasta CLASSIC LIMONCELLO MARTINI With a taste reminiscent of Lemon Ice sold on the street corner in the Old Neighborhood, this martini is bright yellow in color, sweet and lemony. Since Limoncello does not contain lemon juice, rather is made from steeping the rinds of the lemon, this drink is not a bit sour.
