Francis Coppola Diamond Collection,
an ensemble of wines made with grapes grown in
California regions best suited to each varietal.
The grapes are made into wine using precise
techniques to showcase the varietal character of
each wine.

Tender thin sliced veal, lightly floured and
sautéed in olive oil, then topped with marinara,
parmesan and mozzerella.

RED LABEL ZINFANDEL
Sourced from 'old vines' in Amador County and
cooler vineyards in Paso Robles and Sonoma, this
Zinfandel has exceptional depth and complexity.
Petite Sirah is blended in to further enhance
the luscious strawberry jam, cassis, and briar
flavors that follow its perfume of dark fruit,
sweet spice, and toasty vanilla.
