One Eleven Main
One Eleven Main, Galena’s newest dining experience, is a fresh approach to exploring and experiencing Galena's rich agricultural roots and diverse culinary gems. The Irish Cottage offers overnight packages bundled with dinner and special events at One Eleven Main.
  The menu at One Eleven features the bold, fresh flavors of the Heartland and showcases the products, talents and knowledge of local farmers, artisans and food purveyors. The chefs at One Eleven infuse local products into classic recipes and Midwestern favorites. Ingredients regularly featured include Iowa-raised pork and beef, Wisconsin cheese, Door County cherries and local honey, apples, chicken and sausage.
One Eleven Main introduces diners to the culinary personalities and products of the tri-state area. Photography featured throughout the restaurant captures the day-to-day life of the restaurant’s local food partners – hard at work in their shops and fields connecting to food and wine in an intimate way.
Jack Coulter, co-owner of The Irish Cottage Boutique
