Join us for a special weekend of traditional Irish song, dance and feast!
Irish entertainers Andreas Transo and Máirtín de Cógáin will light up the Frank O'Dowd's
stage, plus our Irish dancers will energize
Frank O'Dowd's Irish Pub with dynamic performances.
A traditional Irish session will take place at 3 pm Saturday. Since no
Irish celebration is complete without traditional Irish food and drink,
for
this weekend only, our complimentary Hot Irish Breakfast will return!
Traditional Hot Irish Breakfast
Hotel guests will enjoy a complimentary Traditional Hot Irish
Breakfast complete with meats (bangers, rashers and black pudding) imported from Ireland, eggs, American
sausage, mushrooms, oven-roasted tomatoes, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, tea,
milk and juice. Limited Hot Boutique Irish Breakfast items available too.
The Traditional Hot Irish Breakfast will be served to hotel guests in Frank O'Dowd's
Irish Pub & Grill from 7 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Andreas Transo
A storyteller, writer and musician based out of the Ocooch Mountains of the Driftless Region
in Southwestern Wisconsin, Andreas Transo performs mostly traditional and contemporary Irish,
English, Scottish and American folk music.
Máirtín de Cógáin
Máirtín de Cógáin is a singing, dancing, story-telling bodhrán player who
is also a noted playwright and actor. Descended from a long line of storytellers and with two
CCÉ All-Ireland's for Storytelling under his belt, Máirtín gets no more
joy out of life than the telling of stories. If you are lucky enough to
catch him spinning a few yarns, you are in for a treat.
Session
